Likely, you signed up with a different email address or an anonymous Apple email address, either during sign-up on Pets4Homes or Zigzag. Please contact Zigzag via contact@zigzag.dog so they can help you give access!
For questions about the Zigzag app, you will need to speak to Zigzag themselves. You can contact their support team via contact@zigzag.dog.
You are entitled to 1 extra month free of Zigzag as part of your Pet Payment, on top of their 7 days free offer.
To access the offer, please check:
- You paid for your pet using our Pet Payment service and received an email encouraging you to download the app
- You registered for Zigzag with the same email you used on Pets4Homes to make your Pet Payment (does not work for those who used Apple sign-in to register for an account.)
- You will receive 1 month of Zigzag free with Pet Payments, this on top of the 7 day free trial that Zigzag already gives out.. When you exceed 38 days in total of free trial, you will need to subscribe to Zigzag to continue receiving service.
