Frequently asked questions
No, but we do charge buyers a percentage fee (up to 7.5%) on top of the price of their pet which covers the buyer against critical illness and any fraud. Plus gets them access to Zigzag for puppies.
Buyers will usually pay via your preferred method. If you want them to make a Pet Payment click the ‘Invite to reserve’ button in chat.
They will be asked to leave you a review by email around two days after they have confirmed the collection of their pet.

You can invite someone to reserve one of your pets with Pet Payments at any time. Before the reservation goes through, you will need to verify your ID and bank details so we can be certain we are sending your money to you.
